Crown Shy is the first solo project of Chef James Kent. Inspired by James’ upbringing in downtown New York and his experience leading the city’s most celebrated kitchens, Crown Shy is a Michelin starred, neighborhood seasonal restaurant elevated by fine dining training and technique.
Located on the ground floor of Art Deco masterpiece 70 Pine Street, the dining room and bar occupy a series of rooms with floor to 16-foot-ceiling windows leading to an open kitchen.

TIME AND TIDE




Located at the corner of 26th Street and Park Avenue, Time and Tide is a New York City restaurant and bar from Kent Hospitality Group. Owned and operated by Chef Danny Garcia, whose menu draws inspiration from the exchange of cultures, bold flavors of his Dominican and Puerto Rican upbringing in Brooklyn, elevated by his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens like The NoMad and Crown Shy.
Guests can expect vibrant vegetable dishes, seafood-driven pastas, large format dishes such as a tuna collar and Dungenuss crab, and playful snacks — nori fries and an oversized cheddar goldfish.

Birdee is helmed by Chef Renata Ameni, who many may know for her foundational work in creating the pastry programs at Crown Shy, Saga, and Time and Tide. Chef Renata and Chef Justin Osorio are bringing that same creativity and heart to Birdee, located in The Refinery at Domino in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Birdee is open for breakfast from opening until noon, with savory options in addition to freshly baked pastries. Breakfast options include a breakfast sandwich with jowl bacon and a fried egg, a croissandwich with ham and aged cheddar, and a smoked salmon english muffin with trout roe and pickles. Lunch is served after 12pm and includes options like a chicken caesar sandwich, italian dip, and tuna melt croissant.

Named the USTA Outdoor Tennis Site of the Year in 2019, The Racquet Lounge will host all types of racquet sport events, from USTA-sponsored Challengers, to pickleball and padel events
